These PWWU-ALU Solid Carbide 2 Flute End Mill are of course suitable for machining aluminium, but also as milling cutters for aluminium materials, non-ferrous metal and plastics.

PWWU-ALU solid carbide milling cutters are ideal for performance milling of aluminium with excellent chip control and surface finish. The milling cutters are excellently suitable for HSC machining of aluminium and plastic. Due to the particularly sharp cutting edges and the special coating, the aluminium milling cutters do without or with greatly reduced use of cooling lubricants (CL). In combination with the special coating, the mirror finish chip surfaces of the milling cutters prevent the chips from welding onto the cutting edges.
