(FH) Uwe Schmidt accepts your order by delivery of the goods and applies only to the delivered goods. The confirmation mail which you receive at the end of your order serves exclusively for the information that your order has received with us and does not represent a purchase contract.
When ordering through our Online Shop, the ordering process comprises a total of four steps. In the first step, select the desired goods. In the second step, you enter your customer data, including the invoice address and possibly a different delivery address. In the third step you choose how you want to pay. In the next step, you have the option of reviewing all information (for example, name, address, method of payment, ordered items) once again and, if necessary, correcting them before clicking on "Order for payment".
We store the contract text of your order. You can print this to us before sending your order by clicking on print in the last step of the order. We also send you a confirmation with your order data and our general terms and conditions to the e-mail address you provide.

Verbal ancillary agreements only apply if confirmed in writing.
3. Prices and terms of payment
All our prices are plus shipping costs, if applicable, cash on delivery, installation and training costs etc. Payment is done in advance by advance payment, by invoice, by direct debit, cash on delivery, or by PayPal. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.
4. Reservation of title

5. Delivery
A delivery is only made after prepayment.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made to the delivery address indicated by the Purchaser. Information about the delivery date are not binding.
If the company Präzisionswerkzeuge Wurzen, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Uwe Schmidt is not able to supply the ordered goods, the company Präzisionswerkzeuge Wurzen, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Uwe Schmidt is entitled to withdraw from the orderer. In this case, the purchaser is immediately informed that the ordered product is not available.
Depending on the shipping method, the shipping costs are calculated according to size, weight and number of packets. The shipping costs stated in the onlineshop are based on a single standard package up to 31kg. If the buyer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the product is transferred to the buyer with the delivery of the product to the freight forwarder, the freight carrier or the person or institution otherwise destined to carry out the dispatch. 6. Warranty
The warranty is governed by statutory provisions. If used goods are the subject of the purchase contract and the buyer is not a consumer, the guarantee is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used goods is one year.
Commercial deviations in quality, weight, quantity, color, strength and extent of the goods do not entitle them to complain.

8. Disclaimer

9. Conclusion of contract and rescission

10. Language, jurisdiction and applicable law
The contract is written in German. The implementation of the contractual relationship takes place in German. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. For consumers, this applies only to the extent that this does not restrict the statutory provisions of the state in which the customer is domiciled or habitually resident. Jurisdiction is in the case of disputes with customers who are not a consumer, a legal person of public law or a public special fund, the seat of the provider.
