Solid carbide roughing cutter 2 flute with spiral grooves right-hand rotation

(Solid carbide roughing end mill 2 flute, Fraise ébauche carbure monobloc 2Z)

This roughing cutter is particularly well suited for the machining of both wood and engineered wood thanks to its two cutting edges, but it is also ideal for the machining of synthetic materials and non-ferrous metals.

This roughing cutter 2 flute is to be used in conjunction with a router, a conventional milling machine, a CNC milling machine or a machining centre. Because wood shavings are ejected upwards, these roughing cutters allow for a better overall result of the milling procedure on the underside of the workpiece.

CNC roughing cutters 2 flute are ideal for operations involving cutting out, copying, cutting to size, peripheral milling and trimming. They are used in the machining of wood and wood-based board materials as well as laminate materials, plastic and synthetic materials at high feed rates. They are to be used in clamping chucks or adapters in routers and CNC milling machines.

Bisher nur mit Buche getestet hinterlassen diese Schruppfräser einen guten Eindruck da sie ordentlich was ab können. Sie haben eine überraschend lange Standzeit, der Materialabtrag ist gut, Fräsbild ebenfalls. Für diesen Preis sehr zu empfehlen!!!
