The Solid Carbide (STC) single flute upcut spiral end mill is used for grooving and cutting aluminum, plastics, acrylics, foam, ABS, ACP and light metals, sheet material, non-ferrous metal and plexiglass. Also used for CNC machining of thermoplastics and thermosets. The tools show the highest cutting performance even on CNC engraving machines. The single tooth cutters are suitable for HSC milling.

The cutting speed is given in m/s (meters per second). The selection of the correct cutting speed of the end mill is of decisive importance for achieving a corresponding milling result.
