STC Solid Carbide Roughing Cutter 4 Flute Upcut

  • Solid Tungsten Carbide (STC) Roughing Cutter upcut with 4 positive spiral fluted cutting edges for max. 0.15mm roughness on the machined surface in clockwise rotation.
  • The better milling pattern is on the lower side of the workpiece, chip ejection upwards.
  • For cutting, format cutting, copying, circumferential milling and trimming, of solid wood, wood and board materials, also laminate and plastics with high feed speeds.
  • Use in chucks or collet chucks on routers and CNC machines.
  • Ensure that the workpiece is well clamped.

For the production of the Solid carbide roughing cutter 4 flute upcut we exclusively use high-quality finest grain solid tungsten carbide from leading manufacturers.

The Roughing Cutter are designed with 2 centre cutting edges, with a plunging facility and are also suitable for drilling, ramping and circular dipping.
