CNC roughing cutter with 3 up-cut spiralled cutting edges made of solid carbide (SC)

(Solid carbide roughing end mill 3 flute, Fraise ébauche carbure monobloc 3Z)

Description:

Solid carbide roughing cutter 3 flute for wood for use in conventional milling machines, CNC milling machines and machining centres. CNC roughing cutters with three up-cut spiralled cutting edges and right-hand orientation, which are made of solid carbide or micro-grain solid carbide for max. 0.3mm roughness on the surface of the workpiece.

These CNC roughing cutters are ideal for operations involving cutting out, copying, cutting to size, peripheral milling and trimming.

They are used in the machining of solid timber, wood and wood-based board materials as well as laminate materials, plastic and synthetic materials at high feed rates. They are to be used in clamping chucks or adapters in routers and CNC milling machines.

The roughing cutters have three central blades and are ideal for boring slots, ramping operations and circular plunging.

Superschnelle Lieferung, perfekt alles bestens, gerne wieder

Der Fräser ist sehr scharf und es macht wirklich Spaß mit Ihm zu arbeiten. Bezüglich standzeit kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, aber er hat mittlerweile schon so einige Meter ohne merklichen Verschleiß durchgehalten.
