Due to the spirally ground cutting edge, this Solid Carbide Router Cutter produces a much better surface than conventional straight router cutters!

Solid Carbide Router Cutters D = 10 mm with ground upcut spiral have a better chip ejection. The spirally ground upcut cutting edge of the router cutter enables the tool to mill with the so-called pulling cut. This results in a fine and much cleaner milling edge than, for example, with carbide tipped, straight - toothed router cutters. In addition, less pressure can be applied to the milling tool. This also reduces the risk of breakage. However, larger milling depths should not be milled to full depth in a single operation. The Solid Carbide Router Cutter 10mm is suitable for the production of grooves and milling pockets, with the portable router, for conventional machining and even for hard CNC applications.

Ich nutze den Fräser für 10mm Nuten in meiner Oberfräse. Er funktioniert als Oberfräser prima und fräst sehr sauber. Super Werkzeug!
