This double-sided solid carbide Weatherseal bit with length stop is a solid carbide groove milling cutter with double-sided ground helically grooved cutting edges for milling Weather seal grooves with suitable bits.

Quick cutter change! This milling cutter version is equipped with a length stop in the middle of the shank. This ensures a constant clamping length without measuring when changing the Weatherseal bit. This saves time!

This tool is especially suitable for milling straight or profiled grooves for weather seals in wooden doors and windows. For subsequent installation of insulating weather seals. Suitable for flat and angular milling in weather seal groove milling machines. The milling cutters for the weather seal groove milling machine are available for all standard weather seals. The weather seals are then simply pulled or rolled into the milled grooves and are easy to replace.
