Solid carbide deburrer 90° 3 flute uncoated or with TiAlN coating. With 3 cutting edges for chamfering and deburring!

Solid carbide deburrer 90° 3 flute for chamfering and deburring the workpiece edges. Also excellently suitable for contour milling work.

This 90° deburrer  is a finishing cutter. It is particularly suitable for deburring steel and cast iron. It can also be used for deburring non - ferrous metals. Also very suitable for deburring various plastics.

The solid carbide deburrer 90° 3 flute has been developed for use on CNC machines and machining centres. However, it is also suitable for deburring in conventional milling machines in clockwise rotation.

Technical data STC deburrer 90° 3 flute:

Material: micro grain solid carbide (STC)
Schank: Cylindrical shank with tolerance h6.
Clamping surface: available without clamping surface or DIN with clamping surface.
Number of flutes: 3Z, 3 flutes
Coating: optionally with TiAlN coating. (This PVD coating ensures a considerably longer service life).
Cutting angle: 90°
Cooling: Recommended for metalworking. Use dry or with emulsion containing at least 4 % fat.
Origin: Manufactured for pwwu24.de by Präzisionswerkzeuge Wurzen.
Sustaiability: Due to the wide main cutting edges, frequent resharpening is possible.
Packaging: The delivery takes place in a stable packaging, which is also intended for permanent storage.

On request, deburrers can be manufactured with special dimensions! If required, we can adapt the cutting geometry of the tool to special applications.
