Resin bonded grinding wheels as cut-off wheels or saw sharpening wheels for Vollmer, Loroch, Schmidt-Tempo or WERKÖ 

Synthetic resin (Khz) - bonded grinding wheels and rubber (Gum) - bonded grinding wheels are suitable for use as cut-off wheels in stationary cut-off machines. But also for use as saw sharpening wheels in automatic saw sharpening machines or metal saw sharpening machines from Vollmer, Loroch, Schmidt-Tempo or WERKÖ

ATTENTION: The grinding wheels offered here have no reinforcement and cannot be used for hand-held cut-off grinders, angle grinders, Flex or similar.

Cut-off grinding with resin bonded grinding wheels

When cut-off grinding, the solid workpiece cross-section to be cut should not be larger than 10% of the diameter of the cut-off wheel. Normal corundum is mainly used as an abrasive for long-chipping materials. Normal corundum (NK) is suitable for cutting:

  • Structural steels, hardened steels, chrome steel, tool steel
  • Copper, brass, bronze
  • hard rubber

Use as saw sharpening wheels in automatic saw sharpening machines or metal saw sharpening machines

Resin and rubber bonded grinding wheels are suitable for sharpening saws for metalworking. They can be used as saw sharpening wheels in conventional automatic saw sharpening machines or metal saw sharpening machines. These include the following machines:

  • Vollmer CNE, Vollmer CANA, Vollmer CMS, Vollmer Liliput, Vollmer NS700.
  • Schmidt-Tempo AS 2 Schmidt-Tempo K4, Schmidt-Tempo AS 3, Schmidt-Tempo ASG, ASMG
  • WERKÖ SWSK 200, WERKÖ SWSK 315, WERKÖ SWSK 400, WERKÖ SWSK 1250,
  • Loroch JLM, Loroch AK, Loroch BL
