• The price is valid for regrinding and sharpening of one set (2 pieces) of used blades of hand lever shears for sheet metal working with normal wear.
• The offer includes the sharpening up to a maximum knife length or cutting length of 1100 mm!
• A set of knives for all guillotine shears includes one straight lower knife and one curved upper knife!
• The sharpening price includes the sharpening of one side per knife.
• For each knife, the narrow side of each shearing knife facing the sheet metal is sharpened.
• The removal during sharpening is about 0.3 to 0.5 mm.
• If several surfaces on the knives are to be sharpened, please call us or send us an enquiry by e-mail, fax or telephone. We will then gladly make you an offer.

• The lower blade is provided with a very fine smooth grinding
• The rounded upper blade gets a rougher, not so fine grinding. This has more grip and ensures that the sheet cannot slip out of the kerf.

Sharpening the blades of your manual guillotine shears or lever guillotine shears is quick and easy. Usually it does not take longer than 3 - 4 days.
As soon as the regrinding is done and we have confirmed receipt of payment, we will send the tools back to you.

• In our tool grinding shop we sharpen the products of the vast majority of suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, brands or dealers. These can be, for example, the hand lever shear blades of various machines or used machines from Bernardo, HLS GmbH, from HTS, from KHS, from PTS, from Wabeco, from Holz GmbH, from Amazon or Ebay.
• The lateral flat surfaces on the knives of the manual guillotine shears can of course also be ground on request. However, please note that this will reduce the thickness of the knives. This then changes the width of the cutting gap in the metal shears. For precise cuts, the cutting gap must then be compensated by adding strips of sheet metal when installing the shear blades.
• Normally a manually operated manual shear is used in metalworking for cutting steel sheet, or metal - sheet made of stainless steel, zinc, copper, aluminium or another material. If you wish to cut materials other than those used in sheet metal working, we will be happy to adapt the cutting geometry of the guillotine shears to your requirements.
