Use and application of the BBQ shashlik grill skewer:

CAUTION! this skewer has a sharply ground tip. Therefore, special caution is required during use, cleaning, transport and so on! That's why we only deliver the grill skewer with a protective cap. Always use this protective cap when you are not using the skewer.

Application: Turn the skewer clockwise into the food. Then push the food onto the square without turning any further. This preserves the holding property of the square bar. However, never hold your hand or other parts of your body in front of the tip when impaling or pushing on.

The best way to do this is to hold your food on the outside with your thumb and one or two fingers on a board and cut it from the top to the board with the grill skewer. Then push on further without turning any further.

Cleaning and care of the BBQ shashlik grill skewer:

This barbecue skewer does not belong in the dishwasher because of the natural wood handle. But it is easy to clean with a damp cloth. If it sticks very strongly, you can help with a pot cleaner. For the wooden handle, a damp cloth with a mild detergent is sufficient if necessary. If you want to do something good for your skewer, we recommend rubbing the handle from time to time with a simple linseed oil.
