We resharpen your cylindrical high speed steel or tool steel shank tools with or without corner chamfers or corner radius and HSS milling cutters with equal or unequal lead and pitch values, so that they gain an optimal blade quality. The deep grinding processes throughout the whole procedure combined with the accurate concentricity guarantee extremely precise geometric calculations. To ensure optimal sharpness, grinding of all HSS milling cutters takes place with oil under high coolant pressure.

We don’t just regrind our own designs of HSS milling cutters, but also those made by all other manufacturers, no matter whether they are tools for metal, wood or synthetic materials!

Technical details:

• If you would like us to grind a normal HSS shank tool, simply choose the tool dimensions.
• D = diameter of the working area
• Z = number of cutting edges
• If you want us to sharpen a radius cutter with corner radius for you, select the tool dimensions with a corner radius ("mit Eckradius").
• Tip: If you can’t find the dimensions of your HSS shank tool in the list, simply choose the next largest shank tool or number of cutting edges.
• Have your milling cutters plated after having them resharpened.
• With a PVD coating the product life of your shank tools is significantly increased and they can cut much more efficiently.
